Original stories built for global development.
The 2026 call invited original film and series stories connecting countries, cultures and markets. Cross-border projects and Qatar-related settings, characters or story elements were preferred, but not required.
Our development focus is sports, music and visual arts: athletes and artists, mentors and rivals, defining performances and the human lives behind them. The guidelines below remain available for reference.
Feature Film
Full feature screenplay required. 80 to 120 pages preferred.
Series
Pilot script required, plus series bible or season outline.
Treatment / Concept
Treatment-only submissions accepted for early-stage concepts, but selected projects may be asked to submit a full script later.

For feature and series submissions, the full screenplay or pilot script was required for awards, development, option, shopping or production consideration.

Our focus is now on carefully reviewing the submissions already received. Thank you for your patience as we give this process the time it deserves.
Projects shortlisted in the first round will be shared with investors for review. For selected projects, prize arrangements or development rights will be set out in a memorandum of understanding (MOU) or a separate agreement.
Terms are subject to mutual agreement. Shortlisting does not guarantee investment or production.
06 / RIGHTS
Writer retains copyright unless a separate agreement is signed.
Submission does not automatically transfer copyright. Selected projects may be considered for a development meeting, option agreement, shopping agreement, or production opportunity. NOOR Entertainment may already be developing projects with similar themes, settings, characters, or concepts.
