We are especially interested in cross-cultural romance, female-led action, sports drama, creator and idol culture, art-heist thrillers, Middle East × Asia stories, and emotionally driven projects with franchise potential.
Feature Film
Full feature screenplay required. 80–120 pages preferred.
Series
Pilot script required, plus series bible or season outline.
Treatment / Concept
Treatment-only submissions accepted for early-stage concepts, but selected projects may be asked to submit a full script later.

Submit the actual script package.
For feature and series submissions, NOOR requires the full screenplay or pilot script in order to properly evaluate the project for awards, development, option, shopping, or production consideration.
